The Strength 360 Programme was born when I realised that the online coaching industry was saturated with too many coaches focusing on getting their clients 'shredded', but not actually caring about helping the client create lasting strength, confidence and change for life.

The main reason I gave up 1:1 gym floor PT was because I was getting frustrated about not having the time or facilities to get clients their dream results efficiently.
