ABOUT ME

FOUNDER & HEAD COACH OF THE STRENGTH 360 PROGRAMME
​
I come from a professional Music Theatre background. During my time at uni, I developed a love for fitness after a turbulent couple of years dealing with disordered eating, body dysmorphia and negative body image.
I got my campus gym membership when I'd decided I was sick of feeling like a stranger in my body and wanted to make a change. But it was the first time I'd ever stepped into a gym and I had NO idea where to start. So, like a lot of people (females especially), I jumped straight on the treadmill and stayed there for much longer than I should have. As soon as I started to see changes happening, I got obsessed and spiralled into a period whereby every spare minute would be spent doing some form of cardio.

I got myself into a never-ending cycle of wanting to be smaller, no matter what I looked like. It was physically & mentally draining.
​
Then I found strength training, and it was at that point that I FINALLY started to feel confident in my body again. I changed the narrative from wanting to be smaller to wanting to be stronger, fitter, healthier.
​
It was at this point, half way through my degree that I decided I wanted to help other people skip the trial & error process that I'd had to endure on my own. So I qualified as a personal trainer and nutrition coach - after a few years training clients on the gym floor, I transitioned to online coaching so that I was able to help change people's lives through the 360 approach.

My passion is creating LIFE-changing results; helping women become the strongest, happiest and most confident version of themselves.
